This is a Donna Hodson CDA design. These Valentine greeting cards are painted using a watercolor technique. They are painted on mixed media paper using ink with DecoArt Americana Acrylics. The ePacket contains complete step by step directions, progression photos, line drawings, and finished photos. These could also be painted on cardstock, watercolor paper, or acrylic paper.
